Project management

Approach

We have expert project managers, builders and technical specialists to allow us to achieve almost anything. We are happy to manage the whole project, help your builders to do it, or just come by when you call us as suits you best.

Most projects fall into one of the following six:

Full turnkey build

If our clients want the reassurance of the entire project falling under single responsibility, we can offer our full build service. We will agree the project specification and costs, and manage the whole process.

Project management

Many of our clients have their own builders and we are happy to work with them. We can refine these plans as needed to make a good build plan, project manage, supervise, and source and supply materials.

Ad hoc build support

Some of our clients call on us on an "as used" basis. We are delighted to provide CAD design support, site consultations, planting and sourcing help on an hourly rate basis.

Sourcing

We are experts in advising on the right materials and ensuring you get the best quality for a given budget. Clients are welcome to come to our offices to see samples or contact us and we will come to you. We can track most things down with a bit of effort! We usually charge on an hourly rate basis and you can have as much or as little of our experts help as you wish.

Materials Supply

Some of our clients ask us to supply materials for them. We have a fully staffed project office that is waiting to help you. Paving, lighting, and water features are the most common purchases, but we can also supply more standard building materials using our account terms.

Planting

We help many clients with planting, either as part of a larger design and build project or entirely separately. We can help with planting plans for individual beds, whole gardens, screen planting, specimen trees and hedging.Our planting experts can simply come and advise or can take on more hands-on work.
